The White Sox look to snag a game from the Detroit Tigers this afternoon at Guaranteed Rate Field against a very Frenchy sounding and looking Arizonan – Beau.
Jonathan Cannon will be on the mound for the White Sox, hoping to tame the Tigers’ bats. He’ll have to do better than last time out, though – Cannon gave up 8 runs (5 earned) on 7 hits, including two homers in just 1 inning of work back on June 23 in Detroit. The Sox lost that game 11-2.
