The White Sox look to snap a mini-losing streak and take one from the San Francisco Giants tonight at Oracle Park. And, if they’re going to do it, this is the game.
Davis Martin will be on the hill for the Sox. In his last outing, Martin allowed just 1 run against the Yankees – on a solo homer by Juan Soto. After scattering another 3 hits and 3 walks across 5.2 innings, Martin took a 10-2 hard-luck loss.
San Fran will be trotting out Robbie Ray for the 5th time this season. Last time out, Ray went only 0.2 innings against the Braves, giving up 5 runs with 3 walks.
He also hit the first two batters he faced.
